Every sourcing requirement has its own details. A customer may need a specific product, a particular specification, a certain quantity or a preferred country of origin. In some cases, a manufacturer or supplier preference may also be important.

For this reason, we do not assume that one sourcing method will work for every requirement. The approach may change depending on what the customer needs and what information is available.

When an enquiry is received, we first look at the details provided. This helps us understand the product, the required specification, quantity, origin preference and any other information that may affect the sourcing direction.

If some information is missing or unclear, we may ask for clarification before proceeding. Once the requirement is clear, we can consider which international sourcing possibilities may be relevant.

A straightforward requirement may need a simple source check, while a more specific requirement may require additional supplier communication, market checking or product clarification.

Our approach is therefore based on the requirement—not on a fixed sourcing formula.
